The staff here were really nice and the rooms were modern and super clean. It's in a great spot, just a quick stroll to the river and a cool old church. Plus, it's near public transport for easy exploring! 🚶♂️

Comfortable accommodation with absolutely kind staff with the receptionist of 10JUL2022. Great and excellent location in a fairly quiet area close enough to Tbilisi from 14.02.2015 till 21.02.2015, a metro station and the Old Tbilisi and Narikala hill.

The room is big and equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. So wonderful to be in the heart of Tbilisi, particularly good and excellent position.

A very nice Tbilisi old style building with a beautiful view on the old town
Rooms poorly furbished, a big noisy road behind the hotel combined with old windows does not help your sleep, the staff was not the most welcoming.

Location is good.
I reserved Junior suite but when we arrived they put us to standard room. Next morning I asked for a suite and they gave us better room. It is said in the hotel info that there is balcony in the junior suite but when I asked about it, they told us that they do not have any rooms with balcony. So we got better room but without balcony. Next day one of the ladies told us that we need to pay extra as we have got better room. I argued two days before they agreed that no extra payment is needed. I really do not want spend my holiday arguing with the hotel staff. No one in the hotel speaks English. I speak Russian so it did not bother me, but I kept wondering how people without knowing Georgian or Russian can deal with this hotel. You need to know before hands when you want breakfast. I don not like this when I am in holiday. Sometimes we got our breakfast in time, sometimes even 30 minutes late. There is a huge renovation phase in Tbilisi now. Men are working 24/7. In this hotel walls are like paper so it is very difficult to sleep in the awful noise.

Reasonable price in the centre of city. Goos view from the highest rooms
The last night we changed the room for cheapest one. As a result we got water in the bathroom falling down from the roof...

Good view from the windows from the room on 2nd floor where we have stayed. Quite quiet place, very close to the old town, just 10 minutes to walk. Air conditioning was working, the room was clean, staff was polite. Credit card was acceptable but the receptionist lady asked us for advance payment at least for one night which we did on arrival. You have to order your breakfast in advance for the following day in order to receive some variations which are very limited, but for three nights it was ok. Languages spoken Georgian & Russian. WiFi was available with poor signal in the room, but in court yard area it was ok. Tv in the room with a wide range of the world channels. Fridge in the room.
No slippers, bathrobe, kettle, iron. Tea or coffee are not available except for the breakfast or you have to order in advance which is not convenient indeed. Water spills from the underneath of shower cabin when you take a shower.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
